About Rita B.
Rita B. is a truck driver and a single mom to three amazing children. Living in Chicago, she saw that the community was changing and wanted to make a positive difference. She prayed to God and felt led to share her testimony of overcoming various issues to encourage others and give them hope.
Wanting to make more impact than just with her book and filled with passion for making a difference in the world, her goal is to do annual events for the youth. She wants to spread as much love by bringing back the concept that "it takes a village to raise a child." She believes that if we show the youth love while they are young when they grow up, there wouldn't be so much hate in the world.
Being a full-time mom, working 10-12 hours a day, plus trying to make a difference in this world, her work is not easy. The scriptures Philippians 2:13 and Philippians 4:13 are what inspires and encourage her to keep pushing her cause despite the obstacles.
Author, mentor, and aspiring speaker, Rita B. is a change agent and voice for the youth.
